Nelson Hardiman successfully defended an Orange County-based physical therapist in an investigation by the Physical Therapy Board of California. The Board had investigated a patient’s complaint concerning, among other things, allegations of supposed fraudulent and abusive billing practices. After reviewing Nelson Hardiman’s exhaustive response to the allegations, the Board announced its intention to close the matter without further action.
