In his interview, Aaron discusses the process of legal marijuana sales beginning on Jan. 1st and the rules for purchasing and providing legal marijuana. Aaron explains the complicated rollout process where providers need to obtain a temporary state and local license to engage in commercial cannabis activity. The city of Los Angeles isn’t ready to issue those licenses, but according to the city, they will issue an application beginning on January 3rd.
