Hye Jin Lee is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. She represents healthcare providers, suppliers, businesses, and institutions. Her clients benefit from her commitment to detail in all aspects of pre-litigation, case management, and trial preparation.

Before Nelson Hardiman
Prior to joining Nelson Hardiman, Hye Jin was an associate with an AmLaw 100 firm, where she represented international companies as both national and local counsel in complex products liability litigation.

During law school, she was a judicial extern for the Circuit Attorney’s Office in St. Louis, where she assisted with criminal trials. She was a representative member of the team which won the New Orleans Best Memorial and South Regional Championship and served as a member of the U.S. National Representative Team in Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. At the same time, she served as a staff editor for Washington University’s Global Studies Law Review.

Before law school, Hye Jin worked in a public relations firm and represented Fortune 500 companies. Her interest in public policy and legislative process led her to explore different government branches and agencies in addition to volunteering for congressional and Seoul city mayoral elections in South Korea.

She is fluent in Korean.

Life Outside the Firm
Hye Jin enjoys being a new mother. Her idea of fun is biking along the Pacific Ocean, camping, and exploring art galleries. She loves to play the piano and paint.
