Nelson Hardiman Welcomes New Partner Mark Hardiman

Nelson Hardiman, LLP is pleased to announce that Mark Hardiman has joined the firm as a partner. Mark adds deep experience to Nelson Hardiman’s current practice in healthcare fraud and abuse, including Medicare and Medicaid administrative overpayment and healthcare enforcement proceedings, and experience with a wide range of regulatory compliance issues.  In particular, his representation and counseling of health care providers facing criminal investigations and civil False Claims Act (FCA) extends Nelson Hardiman’s ability to assist healthcare providers. Mark has handled numerous internal investigations and voluntary disclosures of possible violations of the FCA, federal anti-kickback statute and the Stark Law.
