Issues Surrounding Urine Drug Testing Are Not Unique

Harry Nelson presented at the NARR Best Practices Summit on October 16, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. In the video he discusses urine drug testing and notes that overbilling for new procedures and treatments is nothing knew to the healthcare industry.
