Hope Levy-Biehl and Stacie Neroni were among the attorneys featured by Law360 in an article titled, “Health Hires.”
From the article:
Health care firm Nelson Hardiman has boosted its regulatory practice with two Hooper Lundy & Bookman PC partners, Hope Levy-Biehl and Stacie Neroni, both based in Los Angeles.
Levy-Biehl will be chair of the regulatory practice, as she had been at Hooper Lundy. At the prior firm, she’d also been chair of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act compliance committee. Her practice includes advising clients on compliance, licensing and certifications, payment, operation matters, transactions and reorganization.
Neroni works with providers, including hospitals, pharmacies, surgical centers, home health agencies and medical equipment providers, on regulatory issues like changing ownership and management. Nelson Hardiman called her “one of the foremost pharmacy law experts in the country.”
