Nelson Hardiman partner, Rob Fuller, was interviewed about the newly proposed Republican healthcare bill on KTLA 5. According to Rob, repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act, would lead to mass chaos. As such, Republicans are likely to vote to repeal at a future date to diminish the chaos. Rob also discusses how the Bill will pay for the massive tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans including a rollback of Medicaid eligibility. Finally, Rob describes the monetary hit California is likely to suffer with the passage of the bill which he estimates as $115 billion over 10 years.
