Zachary Rothenberg delivered the keynote address to more than 300 addiction treatment professionals at the 30th Annual Cape Cod Symposium on Addictive Disorders (CCSAD) in Hyannis, MA. Zachary encourages the leaders of the $35 billion industry to shine a light inward in order to put a stop to profiteering and opportunism. While urine drug testing has been a major target for fraud, Zachary also mentions the recent arrest of hundreds of healthcare professionals for charges including $1.3 billion in false billings for the distribution of opioids.
